MONTEVERDE INSTANT OAT FLAKES

Oat grains of high quality, carefully selected, subjected to thermal processes of stabilization, which are then cut, rolled or crushed to obtain the exquisite Monteverde Instant Oat Flakes.

MONTEVERDE OAT BRAN

Oat bran is a natural product, obtained after sieving a heterogeneous mixture of flakes previously crushed; through a successive selection process, all the coatings of the pericarp are separated, delivering a product that contains all the outer layers of the grain itself (without husk).
Monteverde Oat Bran is rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins and especially in soluble and insoluble fiber. It is a product of direct consumption, due to the fact that during its elaboration it has been submitted to a rigorous process of cooking (presentation container of 25 kilos).

MONTEVERDE OAT FLAKES WHOLE GRAIN

Presentation: 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 and 1200 microns

Oat grains of high quality carefully selected, subjected to a classification process and then crushed to obtain a whole flake of different thicknesses (microns).

Carefully graded oat grains, subjected to a milling process, to achieve a smooth, fine texture, with a congenital odor and a creamy appearance in a natural light beige color.

MONTEVERDE WHOLE OATS PEELED STABILIZED (GROATS)

Selected whole oat grains of high quality, peeled and stabilized. Our groats are an ideal product to be further processed and meets high standards, ensuring proper cleaning, grading, and stabilization.

MONTEVERDE NATURAL OAT GRAINS

The SATIVA OAT is an annual grassland plant, belonging to the family of grasses (product in a natural state). Our oats are carefully selected and stored to ensure its optimal state of conservation.

Oat grains of high quality, meticulously selected subjected to a separation process, which are then laminated or crushed to reach the Monteverde Traditional Oat Flakes. Presentation in packages of ½ (half), 1(one) and 25 (twenty-five) kilos.

MONTEVERDE INSTANT OAT FLAKES

High quality, meticulously selected oat grains, taken to a decanting process, which will then be laminated or crushed to obtain the Monteverde Instant Oat Flakes. Presentation in packs of ½ (half), 1(one) and 25 (twenty-five) kilos.

MONTEVERDE OATMEAL

Oat grains meticulously selected and stabilized (cooked), subjected to a milling process, to achieve a texture of great smoothness and finesse, aroma with a creamy appearance with a light beige color. Packaged in 1(one) and 25 (twenty-five) kilos.

MONTEVERDE OAT BRAN

Oat bran is a natural process obtained after sieving a heterogeneous mixture of previously crushed flakes. Thanks to the action of successive sieving, all the covers of the pericarp are discerned, delivering a product that contains all the outer layers of the product (without husk).
Packaged in 1(one) and 25 (twenty-five) kilos.
