DEPARTMENT OF CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE OF MONTEVERDE S.A. MILLS

We rely on a department of control and assurance of quality that is in charge of controlling and taking care that our products are elaborated in the best conditions, as well as to ratify that these are elaborated free of any contamination, and to accomplish this by means of the respective legislation and effective certifications.

In addition to the necessary equipment to be at the forefront of our field, this department has one of the most modern laboratories in the region. It also has the human and professional capacity to supervise and control product development, as well as evaluating the raw materials in their different stages. Along with the above, we also provide specialized advice to our national and international suppliers and customers.

All the works of this division are executed under a strict system of quality assurance and innocuousness, fulfilling our following certifications: NCh 2861:2004, the international norm BPM and System HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points HACCP). Through this, we are becoming one of the pioneers in the region in achieving the aforementioned certifications.
